Terms of Service

The rules that make this place work. They are stricter than most dating apps’ — deliberately. Read them; they’re short by legal standards and we mean every line.

Last updated: June 12, 2026

1Acceptance of these terms

PeptideBonding (“the Service,” “we,” “us”) is a dating platform for people in the longevity, fitness, and biohacking communities, operated at peptidebonding.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2Eligibility — 18 or older, always

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You will provide your date of birth at signup and you represent that it is accurate. We suspend or delete any account we reasonably believe belongs to a minor, immediately and without notice. There are no exceptions to this section.

You also represent that you are legally able to enter into this agreement and that you have not previously been banned from the Service.

3Your account

  • One account per person, and it must represent you — a real, individual human. No impersonation, no shared accounts, no accounts operated on behalf of a business.
  • You are responsible for your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • Information in your profile must be truthful and current, including your photos, which must be of you.
  • We may refuse, reclaim, or modify display names that are misleading, offensive, or that impersonate others.

4The marketplace ban — no sourcing, no selling, ever

You may not buy, sell, source, trade, advertise, solicit, or facilitate the transfer of peptides or any other compounds, substances, or products on or through the Service — in profiles, in messages, in photos, or by directing other members elsewhere to do so. This includes vendor names, price lists, “ask me where I get mine,” affiliate or referral codes, and links to sellers. A first violation is grounds for an immediate, permanent ban.

We enforce this with automated detection and human review, and we mean it. PeptideBonding is a dating platform for people who share a lifestyle — it is not a marketplace, a sourcing forum, or a sales channel, and keeping that line bright is what allows the community to exist at all.

5No solicitation or commercial use

The Service is for personal, non-commercial use. You may not use it to advertise or sell anything, recruit for any business or multi-level scheme, promote other services, solicit money or donations from members, or offer or request paid companionship or sexual services. Accounts created for promotion, spam, or scraping are removed without notice.

6No medical advice

Nothing on the Service is medical advice. Profile tags describe lifestyle and interests — they are identity signals, not recommendations, endorsements, or claims about any substance or practice. We do not verify, and expressly disclaim, any health claims made by members. Decisions about your health belong to you and a qualified clinician; the Service plays no role in them, and we accept no liability for health decisions made by members, whether or not informed by anything seen or discussed on the Service.

7Your content and our license

You own the content you post — photos, bio, messages. By posting it, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and reproduce that content solely to operate, moderate, and improve the Service. The license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where limited retention is required for safety, moderation, or legal compliance as described in the Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have the rights to everything you post and that it does not violate anyone else’s privacy, publicity, or intellectual-property rights.

8Prohibited conduct

In addition to Sections 4 and 5, you may not:

  • harass, threaten, stalk, defame, or intimidate any member;
  • post nudity or sexually explicit content;
  • post content that is hateful, violent, or illegal;
  • give dosing instructions or present yourself as a source of medical guidance;
  • collect or scrape member data, or use the Service to build any dataset or product;
  • interfere with the Service’s operation or attempt to bypass its security or moderation systems.

9Termination

You may delete your account at any time from settings or by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms — and will do so immediately for violations of Section 4. On termination, your profile is removed from the Service; data handling after deletion is described in the Privacy Policy. Sections 6, 7, 10, and 11 survive termination.

10Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not conduct criminal background checks on members and we are not responsible for the conduct of any member, on or off the Service. Use good judgment — and read our Safety page before meeting anyone.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of one hundred US dollars (US$100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

11Disputes and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and give us 30 days to try to resolve the dispute informally. Any claim that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court. To the extent permitted by law, disputes must be brought individually — not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative action.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
